Based in New York, Adam advises companies in the broad building products and distribution sectors. Over 28 years, he has led more than 200 M&A, restructuring, and capital-raising transactions, ranging from $50 million to $50 billion. Prior to Rothschild, Adam was Global Head of Building Products & Distribution and Co-Head of Basic Industries at Credit Suisse, having previously led teams at Dillon Read and UBS.
A member of the Policy Advisory Board of Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies from 1997-2007 and Trustee of the United Nations International School from 2012-2014, Adam currently serves on the Board of Madison Square Boys & Girls Club.
