Wendy Whiteash joined the US LBM team in 2013 tasked with the responsibility for creating a training and leadership development program to promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Since joining, Wendy’s role has expanded to include coordination of the strategic planning process to ensure all divisions spend the appropriate time and resources for evaluating its value proposition and look toward future opportunities. Before joining US LBM, Wendy spent over 15 years with Ferguson Enterprises, where she led teams in a variety of functional areas including finance, operations, and human resources. Wendy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Penn State and an MBA from Monmouth University. Wendy also maintains the professional designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and she has earned the Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt designation from the University of Wisconsin. Recently Wendy was promoted to Senior VP of Culture.
